In the readme.md you have at installation the winget installation listed but its isnt listed at the offical sources question
this change fixes that and while also list winget as the offical source

* improve the flag editor warning viewmodel
- no longer creates a new viewmodel every page reload
- fixes an oversight
* stop countdown on unload
* move the viewmodel to a variable
makes everything look cleaner
* remove initialload check
